WHO WANTS TO BE A CBA?


We are looking for a few good balloon men. And women. If you will have successfully completed all of the tests and submitted all of the required photos and job cost forms by October, then it's time to take your Practical Exam. Get the recognition you deserve as a Certified Balloon Artist (CBA). J&R is helping to organize a Practical Exam here in New York for the first time since 2004. This is a rare opportunity to get certified in the NYC/Metro area and it will be coming up in mid November.
